A horde game is a theatre-style larp where the players are split into two groups: a "cast" who retain their characters throughout the game, and a "horde" who cycle through various roles as required by the GM. The cast can be viewed as PCs and the horde as NPCs or crew. The first horde game at intercon was Busses Welcome in 1996. Other examples of the type include Collision Imminent!, City Council of Hound's Teeth, Time Travel Review Board and Victoria Junction - All change please, all change!.
