SAGA, Inc is a gaming organisation in New Zealand which runs larps. It is a non-profit incorporated society with the purpose of "encourag[ing] the hobby of gaming, including... role-playing games".[1] It runs the Phoenix and Buckets of Dice conventions and offers small theatre-style larps at other events throughout the year. It also publishes "Out of Character", a fanzine which includes larp content.
SAGA is a successor organisation to the University of Canterbury Fantasy Gaming Society (FUGSoc). It was incorporated separately in 2000 and is affiliated to the University of Canterbury Student's Association.
