Peaky Midwest is a larpwriting event in the USA. It is based on the Peaky larpwriting weekend run by Peaky Games.
The weekend focuses on writing theatre-style larps. The participants split into groups on the Friday evening, write until late Saturday night, and playtest on Sunday.

- Peaky Midwest 2012 (Madison, WI): produced IRL, A Turn on the Radiance Rose and Larpers Anonymous.
- Peaky Midwest 2014 (Madison, WI): produced Better Living Through Robotics, Critical Path, Two Hours to Curtain, and H.P. Wodehouse (working title).
- Peaky Midwest 2015 (Chicago, IL): produced Goldilocks, Frocks and Two Stinking Barrels, Spring Thaw, The Vindicators: Survived by... and Emotional Baggage.
- Peaky Midwest 2016 (Chicago, IL): produced The Beacon, Grandma's Resting Place, The Night of Chekov's Gun, Play Date, and A Retreat to Remember.
