I have to wonder -- is it worth using #ask to build this (the first part, at least) with appropriate category tags so people can remove the category when they fill in the page rather than requiring a manual edit to remove them?  This would also enable a list of glossary stubs, if we have any (which would allow a reasonable "I know this isn't done" glossary entry without removing something from "help wanted"). : As in [https://www.semantic-mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Inline_queries this]? I don't know enough about Wiki backends to really know whether it would be better or not. You could try it on the blank existing pages, though.--[[User:IdiotSavant|IdiotSavant]] ([[User talk:IdiotSavant|talk]]) 20:11, 27 December 2017 (PST)
: Yup.  Semantic Mediawiki is reasonably useful, so I included it in the base install, though I haven't upgraded it recently.  The ask would be something like:
<nowiki>
{{#ask:
    [[Category:Glossary]]
    [[Category:Blank Pages]]
    |format=ul
}}
</nowiki> ... or not, since apparently mediawiki installation has become complicated due to them implementing composer and Dreamhost refusing to use it on non-VPS sites because of cpu usage.  Will have to think about this.  Later.  [[User:Mneme|Mneme]] ([[User talk:Mneme|talk]]) 21:00, 27 December 2017 (PST)
Ok, figured out how to install without Composer.  [[User:Mneme|Mneme]] ([[User talk:Mneme|talk]]) 21:29, 27 December 2017 (PST)

Excellent. So, I just remove category: blank pages when there's something on them to remove from the list.
