How to make New Users
- Go to: Special:UserLogin
- Make an account for the player. Don't forget to change the username and password! Email address must be right.
How to make a user able to make new users
- Go to: Special:UserRights
- Enter the user name.
- Click on the box next to "bureaucrat" and then hit submit.
You can also make a user an Admin this way, but that will instead let them delete and lock pages.
