Festival of the LARPs is Brandeis University's annual LARP mini-convention. It was started out of sheer laziness in 2006, when Nat Budin, who was president of the [[BSCF LARP Conspiracy]] at the time, decided it would be easier to schedule all four LARPs for the spring semester on the same weekend and just put in one space reservation instead of doing them all separately. Since then, the convention has grown to around twenty games, in several tracks, over the entire weekend.

Festival of the LARPs is a three-day theatre-style larp convention run annually at Brandeis University every April. It is organised by the BSCF LARP Conspiracy, a community of live action roleplayers at Brandeis University. The BCSF LARP Conspiracy helps GMs put on games at Brandeis and welcome everyone from greater Boston to play, whether or not they're affiliated with Brandeis.


History

Festival of the LARPs is Brandeis University's annual LARP mini-convention. It was started out of sheer laziness in 2006, when Nat Budin, who was president of the BSCF LARP Conspiracy at the time, decided it would be easier to schedule all four LARPs for the spring semester on the same weekend and just put in one space reservation instead of doing them all separately.
