LARP West Incorporated is an umbrella organisation which supports the running of a wide range of different larp events and campaigns. As of March 2026 they have over 460 active members.
Mission statement
LARPwest is a community group which supports its members and LARP organisers to facilitate a range of Live Action Role Play (LARP) games within Western Australia. This includes provision of governance and compliance support, insurance, community management and promotion.
We are an inclusive and diverse community and LARP provides a safe space for people to explore their identity, learn new skills, and engage in activities which support mental and physical wellbeing.
History
LARPwest became an Incorporated Association on the 11th of July 2019.

There is also a sub-committee, LARPwest Site Development Subcommittee (SDSC), which manages the planning and development of a property in Boddington, WA, on behalf of the WA LARP community. The subcommittee works with the land owners and the local council, and to support the local community of Boddington during events. In 2022, a site development plan was enacted to oversee the management of the site.
After the Vampire larp "Riot in the Blood", a campaign begun within Beyond the Sunset, reached its finale; in 2024 the new vampire larp Praxis was conceived and added to the list of LARPwest games.

- LARPWest Presents
LARPWest Presents is a showcase of different games and events held between the months of November and March, held at Wandi Community Centre. These have included LARPs, character and NPC workshops, and improvisation workshops.
