A Pop-LARP (also Classic LARP) is "a traditionally structured New England style one-shot theater style LARP".[1] It is a subset of the secrets and powers game, with the following specific features:
- player actions affect game outcomes
- mulitiple threads of action
- continuous time rather than an act structure.
- pre-written characters
- pre-cast players
