Players were required to hold LarpWest memberships to attend events.<br /> <br /> ==Setting==<br /> Set in the world of Veridian.<br /> <br /> ==Game history==<br /> The inaugural game of Shattered World was held on 5th July-7th July 2013.<br /> <br /> At the time of concluding, Shattered World was Western Australia&#039;s longest-running LARP.<br /> <br /> Original team:<br /> * Challis David Barnes - lead organiser, 6 years<br /> <br /> Other organisers:<br /> * Kirsty Anderson - various NPC / leader roles. Later went on to be one of the creators of Boothill LARP as Lead Story Organiser. <br /> * Sharlea Davey - Communications organiser<br /> <br /> The Shattered World final organiser team as of the last event included:<br /> * Dee Brennan - Lead Organiser<br /> * Mark Williams - Mechanics Organiser<br /> * Anya Violet Pearce - Lead Story Organiser<br /> * Evan Andeson - Lead Build Organiser<br /> * James Brown - Logistics Organiser<br /> * Carolyn Roe - Communications Organiser - previous contributions included photography and subcommittee work<br /> <br /> Originally a twelfth game was planned for the finale of Shattered World. However, due to personal health of some organisers and a need to step back from involvement, the game was wrapped up earlier.<br /> <br /> The last game was titled Shattered World 11: Respite, and concluded on the 15th of August 2022. <br /> <br /> At closing, the club used remaining funds to perform handover duties - including site clean-up - as well as to set up a $7500 fund, to be distributed amongst other larps, to assist in new larps getting off the ground with props and venue hire.
